You are talking about really really cold temperatures, and I find most swimming pools too cold. Is that not going to be downright uncomfortable?
NO - Remember that you are exposed to a dry cold which is released gradually, which is not the same as a sudden wet cold, such as an ice bath or a cold shower. The exposure (max 3 minutes) to this dry cold is too brief for the core temperature of the body to be affected. Most people find the Cryotherapy experience refreshing and energising
How does it work?
The Cryosauna uses gasiform nitrogen to lower the client's skin surface temperature from normal body temperature to 30-32 degrees in 30 seconds or less and keeps it that way for two-three minutes. The skin reacts to the cold and sends a powerful message to the brain that acts as a stimulant to all regulatory functions of the body. Can you combine Cryotherapy with other treatments?

Do I have to take a shower before and/or after the procedure?
NO- This procedure is absolutely dry and does not make your skin wet!
I am claustrophobic. Can I use the Cryosauna?
Yes, you can! The door is never locked and you can step out at any moment. Also, the stage inside the cabin is adjusted to keep your head outside and over the edge of the cabin at all times.
Can I catch a cold because of this procedure?

How do I feel after?
During each session endorphines, or the body's natural "feel good" substance, are released. The buoyant effects from each session last at least six hours.
Is nitrogen gas dangerous to human beings?
